Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer free flat rate shipping on all orders.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours, and shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date.  Our estimated shipping timeframe is 1-3 weeks.

Note: These timeframes are estimates only. Due to disruptions caused by extended COVID-19 restrictions and other factors (i.e. high parcel volumes, weather, border closures, and/or emergencies), please allow extra time for your order to arrive.  Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.  We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we will do our best to get your order delivered to you in a timely manner.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

We are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering.  Should you enter an incorrect address, we are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address.

We are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package.  Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.  Note: If you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, it will be sent back to us and you will not be refunded.

IV GROUNDS does not collect VAT via our store and is not liable for additional VAT and/or customs charges.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Goods

If your order is lost, please wait until the expected timeframe for delivery has been met.  If your order has still not arrived, please contact us at contact@ivgrounds.com for additional support.

If you believe your item is defective or damaged, please contact us at contact@ivgrounds.com.  You will need to provide the following details:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Images of the fault for review
  • [SELECT ONE] Request for a refund OR Request for a replacement

Once we have received and considered your request, we will notify you of the outcome of your request, within 5 business days.

  • Request for a replacement – If a replacement is approved, a replacement item will be processed and shipped out to you, at no cost.  Normal order processing times apply.
