How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can click on the link to see the current status and estimated delivery date of your order. If you have an account with us, you can also log in and check the "Order History" section for tracking updates. How long does it take to print and ship my order?

Between 2-7 business days. The production time for an order depends on various factors, including the time of year, product availability, and order size. In general, most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after the order is submitted.

How do I return or exchange an item?

If an order arrives with manufacturing errors, in the wrong size, or has other obvious errors, we’ll happily work with you to find a solution.  We have a strict no-returns policy (which includes exchanges).  Please ensure you make your purchases wisely. How fast will my order be delivered?

Our estimated shipping timeframe is 1-3 weeks depending on where in the world it gets delivered to. Note: These timeframes are estimates only. Due to disruptions caused by extended COVID-19 restrictions and other factors (i.e. high parcel volumes, weather, border closures, and/or emergencies), please allow extra time for your order to arrive.  Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.

Does IV Grounds really offer free delivery?

Yes, free delivery is offered on all orders. There is no minimum order or hidden cost to access free delivery.

Can you send mail to my P.O. BOX?

We are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Where does the clothing get manufactured?

All of our clothing, with the exception of our men's trunks, is made and printed in the United States at our partner manufacturing facility. Our men's trunks are manufactured and printed in China.
