Refund & Returns Policy
Returns and exchanges
If an order arrives with manufacturing errors, in the wrong size, or has other obvious errors, we’ll happily work with you to find a solution. We have a strict no-returns policy (which includes exchanges). Please ensure you make your purchases wisely.
Note: We must be contacted within 7 days of receipt of your parcel, to make a claim that the product was received faulty or the item you received was not what you ordered.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered returned parcels.
Cancellation policy
No cancellations can be made once an order has been placed.
Refunds
We strive to provide the best quality products for our customers. If you believe your item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us at contact@ivgrounds.com. You will need to provide the following details:
- Your name
- Order number
- Images of the fault for review
Once we have received and considered your request for a refund, we will notify you within 5 business days, if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
